A Plethora of Quilt Projects

I'm going a little crazy with class prep right now, sewing up a storm, so I'll let some pictures do the talking and get back to work.

So much quilting goodness. I am having a lot of fun with these projects. I can't wait until I have more time to share them with you.

My husband is sooooo wonderful! He learned to press a quilt top, cut backing, and pin baste this week. Plus, he's been doing more cooking than usual as I'm quilting away.

All these quilts will be getting a good dose of ruler work. This quilt is going to be a blast to finish with lots of quilting details.

  1. I love it when the husbands get involved. :) Mine was pressing last night, then stacking right next to where I was cutting. (not that I need another quilt on the go)

LOVE the star quilt. Can't wait to see what you do with it. I'd love to read how you decide to break up the negative space.

  2. Keep that man!!!!! Oh my goodness, how wonderful is it that he is so supportive and involved. Please tell him that we all think he is just great!!!! Love the star quilt and can't wait to see how you break up the space. Can we see a little sneak peak at the top for which your husband is cutting the backing. And ... good use of the kitchen counter.

    1. MJ, he is a keeper for sure. These are all sneak peeks at my next class! That's not a counter, but rather it's a folding banquet table that my hubby added to the legs to raise it to counter height. So much easier on the back and folds away when not in use.
