The dealer I talked to said it wouldn't work....why do they do that??? It's a new machine for me and it is great for FM Quilting, I have done a lot of it on two previous machines, but never ruler work. I already bought most of the fine line rulers--hehehe--fun! Click on the tab above, "Ruler Work on a Stationary Machine" for a good list of posts on this topic and some foot ideas. The Parrs Reel Ruler company should have a foot that would fit a Babylock since they say they fit nearly all machines. Then there's also using the shaft of your regular free motion foot to run the ruler alongside--not ideal, but it's much safer than running a ruler along the edge of a regular free motion foot.Amy @ Amy's FMQ Adventureshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18249397590865683398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3445986501162780215.post-12780510302219797072014-12-30T16:34:11.310-05:002014-12-30T16:34:11.310-05:00I have a Babylock Ellisimo and wonder if this migh...I have a Babylock Ellisimo and wonder if this might work for me.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03512003657750179642noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3445986501162780215.post-20764647191436417562014-12-17T07:45:48.253-05:002014-12-17T07:45:48.253-05:00Wow, great Blog, I really appreciate your thought ...Wow, great Blog, I really appreciate your thought process and having it explained properly, thank you!

Geminy Sewing Machine

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3445986501162780215.post-86581639054225360892014-11-05T21:35:56.192-05:002014-11-05T21:35:56.192-05:00Terri- there is a low shank version of the Janome ...Terri- there is a low shank version of the Janome Convertible Free Motion Quilting Foot Set.

For more information on this method, click on the tab at the top of this blog about using long arm rulers on a domestic machine.

For video tutorials, see my Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/sonshinecottage/

Hmm....I really should post a button that leads to my youtube channel, shouldn't I?Amy @ Amy's FMQ Adventureshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18249397590865683398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3445986501162780215.post-50584668788079151382014-11-05T10:11:13.739-05:002014-11-05T10:11:13.739-05:00(Video tutorials)(Video tutorials)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10431317985493866440noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3445986501162780215.post-32139376362139512822014-11-05T10:10:32.118-05:002014-11-05T10:10:32.118-05:00Hi Amy, I love your site and all that you share wi...Hi Amy, I love your site and all that you share with everyone!
